A unit is spun off and redefines itself
The air treatment business of a large corporation was spun off, and sold to a private equity firm. This required creating a new identity and communications within a short period of time.
We developed the logo and corporate design for our client, establishing the foundations for a strong brand. Together with management we designed and implemented communications instruments such as Internet, intranet and newsletters for internal and external communications. This made it considerably easier for executives, employees and external groups to identify with their new roles, and the process was greatly accelerated.
Both executives and employees quickly identified with their new roles. Today, clients and other external stakeholders see the move positively, and the brand has an excellent reputation.
