Nigel Thornton has more than 20 years’ experience in international corporate communications. After starting his career with UK Civil Service he has gone to hold senior communication roles with multinational companies in the chemical, life sciences and FMCG sectors, both in the UK and Switzerland.
Nigel has wide ranging communications expertise including media, digital, marcomms, internal and change communications. He has considerable experience of helping senior leadership teams to effectively communicate their vision and implement major change programmes including restructuring and systems implementation. Throughout his career Nigel has had a passion for sustainability and believes communications has a key role to play in helping companies to deliver inspiring sustainability programmes.
Marcus Eberling holds a degree in economics and started his career as a scientist based in South-East-Asia. During the adventures peak time of the shareholder value era, he worked as a market analyst for the chemical industry. For more than 10 years now he has consulted renown international companies through conducting market studies, analyzing competitive environments and conceiving business strategies for both mid-sized and large cap companies. He usually compares his work with hunting truffles. It is hard enough to find them find. However, they are useless if you are not a master in preparing them. Marcus is dedicated to finding and analyzing relevant information and to drawing the right conclusions for his customers.
As a young industrial designer, Teresa Novotny’s core competencies lie in the visualization of sustainability strategies and innovation processes. She enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams on the creative and innovative design of communication processes in order to successfully reach our clients’ target groups. She can also make valuable contributions to our clients in the areas of market research and quality management. She has a very good feel for aesthetics and combines this with a good eye for what is feasible and efficient.
